Bull Terriers are affectionate dogs despite appearances. If you are considering buying Bull Terriers for sale but are not sure how buying Bull Terrier Puppies would affect your family life then this guide should help you.

    Basic Bull Terrier Facts

Temperament – Bull Terriers despite appearance are loads of fun, they have a sense of humour that will leave their owners laughing for hours. Purebred Bull Terriers are great family dogs and adapt well to children. It is essential however that you go to a reputable Bull Terrier breeder so you know you are getting a purebred. The Miniature Bull is also great for families and is easier to handle if you have elderly or young family members.

Favourite Bull Terrier Activities – Bull Terriers love walks but their build means they are not great dogs if you are a jogger. Bull Terriers prefer to exercise in short bursts.

Bull Terrier Garden Requirements – Bull Terriers are extremely strong and they will not think twice about breaking through a weak fence.

Bull Terrier as a Guard Dog – The look of a Bull Terrier scares off intruders because of their reputation however in reality, if the intruder were to get close enough, it is more likely to lick an intruder than bite him.

Caring for a Bull Terrier – Bull Terriers love their food so making a big deal out of feeding time is important. Bull Terriers also love a thigh bone occasionally to keep them amused. Bull Terriers have short coats so they do not take much grooming but if you want to keep him looking good then a quick brush once a day will make him look perfect. Bull Terriers love human companionship and want to be involved in everything so you should keep them involved as much as possible.
